Privacy policy

Viafora collects only the personal information required to prepare and submit a visa application on your behalf. This typically includes identity documents, residence details, employment and financial evidence, and travel plans.

Your documents are stored on access-controlled systems and are shared only with the consulate, visa application centre or authorised partner required to process your application. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@viafora.ae. Records connected to a submitted application may be retained for up to five years where required for record-keeping.

Terms of service

Viafora provides visa assistance, document preparation and advisory services. Fees cover our professional services only and are separate from consulate, biometric and courier charges.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents provided. Viafora may decline or discontinue work where information is found to be false or misleading.

Service fees are non-refundable once file preparation has begun, regardless of the outcome of the application, as they cover work already performed.

No guarantee of approval

Viafora is an independent visa assistance provider and is not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or government authority. We do not issue visas and cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any application.

All decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authority. Processing times published on this website are indicative only and may change without notice.
